You must be at least 18 years old to register and use milwin. milwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts opened by underage users will be closed and funds returned.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active milwin account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended. All milwin account activity is monitored to maintain platform integrity.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between milwin ("milwin", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the milwin platform at milwin.co and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 or older. milwin strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. milwin reserves the right to require documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person may maintain only one milwin Account. milwin uses automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, milwin may merge the accounts, retain only one, and withhold any bonus funds obtained across duplicate accounts. Persistent or intentional duplicate account creation constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must promptly update your milwin Account details if any information changes. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using milwin is lawful in your jurisdiction. milwin does not warrant that the Platform is legally accessible from all locations. Users accessing milwin from Pakistan acknowledge that it is their responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwin Account login credentials, including your username and password. milwin will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
3.2 You must notify milwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your milwin Account or any suspected breach of account security. milwin cannot be held liable for losses resulting from failure to safeguard account credentials.
3.3 milwin recommends that users enable all available two-factor authentication options and use a strong, unique password for their milwin Account that is not used on any other service.
4.1 Deposits to milwin Accounts are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20), subject to availability at the time of deposit.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the milwin cashier at the time of the transaction. milwin does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — milwin is not responsible for third-party transaction fees.
4.3 Funds deposited into a milwin Account may only be used for wagering on the Platform. Deposits may not be used for any unlawful purpose. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legally owned by you and are not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity.
4.4 milwin reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified or that are associated with fraudulent activity.
5.1 Withdrawals may only be made by the registered milwin Account holder. Withdrawal requests from third parties will not be processed. milwin will, where possible, return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
5.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, milwin requires the User to complete KYC verification. This may include, but is not limited to, providing a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. milwin's KYC team will process verification submissions within a reasonable timeframe.
5.3 Withdrawals requested in relation to a Real Money Balance are processed by milwin promptly following verification. The time taken for funds to reach your account depends on the payment provider and may range from minutes (JazzCash, Easypaisa) to several business days (bank transfer).
5.4 milwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6.1 All milwin bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all milwin bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit are stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 milwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. milwin also reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion where evidence of bonus abuse, use of automated betting strategies, or breach of these Terms is identified.
6.4 Promotional offers are available to one account per household, device, and IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempts to circumvent this limitation constitute bonus abuse.
7.1 All bets placed on the milwin sports betting platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type, as published on the Platform.
7.2 milwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
7.3 All casino games on milwin use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing of cards and mechanical roulette wheels operated by professional dealers. Published RTP figures are not modified by milwin.
7.4 milwin does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game, market, or feature. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milwin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

11.2 milwin's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
11.3 The milwin Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. milwin does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
milwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a milwin Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 milwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the milwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the milwin Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by milwin's operating entity.
